DESCRIPTION
These roll-ups feature fig jam, goat cheese, arugula and more -bound to be a favorite at any party.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 – Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 – Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Grated Lemon Zest
- 6 oz – Soft Goat Cheese
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 12 – Slices Prosciutto (halved crossed wise)
- 1/2 – Cup Kitchen Kettle Fig Jam
- 1/2 – Bunch Arugula
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk lemon juice, zest and oil. Mix garlic and goat cheese. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on prosciutto, then fig jam and arugula with vinaigrette (lemon juice, zest & oil mixture), then roll-up & enjoy.
