Our number 1 selling jam is made from sweet red peppers. It became the talk of the county when we mixed it with cream cheese and served it with our old fashioned crackers. We call it our Pepper Party Pleaser. This is definitely a kitchen staple that provides an easy hors d’oeuvre for unexpected company. If you dare, warm slightly and pour over vanilla ice cream for an unexpectedly delicious yet simple dessert.

- 1 – 8 oz. block of cream cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the Jalapeno Jam or Pepper Jam onto a block of cream cheese and serve with your favorite crackers.
